Level 1 XFormer repertoire including progressions, regressions and modifications
Effective coaching and communication techniques
Musicality, microphone techniques and class leadership skills
Class programming and sequencing
Hands-on teaching experience through mock classes and guided practice
Personalized feedback, mentorship and support throughout training

Prior experience on the XFormer is highly recommended.
WILL I BECOME AN INSTRUCTOR AT THE THE END OF THE PROGRAM?
Upon completion of the certification program you will have the opportunity to audition for an instructor role at Coreology.
