Our cross-training workout combines 25 minutes of cardio interval training on the treadmill and 25 minutes of core + upper body training on the XFormer® for the most effective 50-minutes you will ever spend in the gym. * Walkers welcome!
TREAD + SHRED combines 25 minutes of cardio interval training on the treadmill with 25 minutes of resistance training on the floor using dumbbells, bodyweight and bands. A full-body burn from start to finish!
TREAD 45 is a thoughtfully programmed 45-minute treadmill class working through speed, incline and endurance drills. Walkers are welcome!
